The Lac Cardinal Hall is located in the Recreation Lease managed by the M.D. of Peace on the eastern shore of Lac Cardinal.  The Municipality rents the 60' X 100' hall for all types of functions, usually only from May to October, as it is not kept heated during the winter months.  For wedding parties or dine & dances, it will hold approximately 375 people.  The hall is very unique in that it has a railing all around the perimeter of the hall, with various stories told as to the original purpose of the railing.There is a kitchen in the hall, but it is very basic, not meant for cooking - no running water, only a basic stove and refrigerator.  There are attached bathrooms with hot water, and a small stage is located at one end of the hall. For social functions the current rental rate is $75.00 per day plus GST.  A $200. damage deposit is also required, said deposit returned if the hall is cleaned to M.D. standards.  Please phone the Municipal Office to check on booking dates and to fill out the Rental Agreement.
