CULTIVATED LAND LEASE PROPOSAL INVITATION
The Municipal District of Peace No. 135 is accepting tenders for the lease of the cultivated
land on the following parcel:
SW-30-82-25-W5
Approximately 68 ⅔ acres of cultivated land within the SW-30-82-25-W5 are identified as
Areas A & B on the attached Schedule “A”.
Lease requirements include:
- 3 year term beginning January 1, 2026
- Area A and Area B shall not be leased separately Annual payment of cash rent, to include property taxes
- For the sole use of the tenant, not to be assigned or sublet or occupied by anyone other than the tenant
- The said lands are to be used for cropping purposes only
- Shall be leased on an ‘as is’ basis with no warranties offered or implied on the condition of the property
