Tax Certificates

The Municipal District of Peace No. 135 tax certificate will state the date and amount of the most recent taxation levy, local improvement amount, and the balance outstanding (including arrears and penalties).  If you are requesting a tax certificate for a closing not in the same month as requested, it is your due diligence to call and confirm the arrear balance prior to closing.

  2. Tax certificate requests will be processed as quickly as possible. However, please allow the MD of Peace office 2 to 3 business days to provide you with the certificate. If you need verbal in the meantime, feel free to contact our office at 780-338-3845.

  4. All payments are non-refundable.
