In light of the extensive rain this past weekend, and with Government of Alberta Guidance the Fire Ban in the Municipal District of Peace No. 135 was lifted as of 10:00 am, Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
This means that:
- Fire Permits can be issued as per normal policies
- Fires are allowed in Approved Recreational Fire Pits
- Fires will allowed in Natural Gas or Propane barbeques
