The MD of Peace has launched the new Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) program, allowing ratepayers to pay property taxes in monthly installments via automatic bank withdrawals.

To Quality:
Your tax account must be paid in full
Your taxes must not be paid through your mortgage company
Your application deadline is December 15 of the prior year.
If your application is not submitted by December 15 of the previous year, it can still be processed until February 15 (program joining deadline) if it includes the missed payments.
