The MD of Peace launched our new Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) program which gives ratepayers the option to pay their property taxes in monthly installments through automatic withdrawal from their bank accounts.
TIPP PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
TIPP is a monthly tax installment payment plan by which taxpayers may make consecutive monthly payment for taxes rather than a single annual payment.
To Qualify for the TIPP Program
- Your tax account must be paid in
- Your taxes must not be paid through your mortgage company.
- Your application must be received prior to December 15th, of the preceding year.
- If your application is not received prior to December 15th of the preceding year, than your application may still be processed up until May 31 (deadline for joining the program) providing that the application includes the missed payments.
- If the purchaser of a property wishes to assume the existing TIPP obligations for the purchased property, they should immediately contact 780-338-3845 for complete details.
