PASTURE LAND LEASE PROPOSAL INVITATION

 

The Municipal District of Peace No. 135 is accepting tenders for lease of approximately 60 acres of pasture land on the following parcel:

NE-4-82-26-W5

 

Lease requirements include:

- 2 year term beginning May 14, 2025

- Annual payment of cash rent and property taxes

- For the sole use of the tenant, not to be assigned or sublet or occupied by anyone other than the tenant

- The said lands are to be used for hay or green feed purposes only

- No water source or power on site

- Leaseholder must install temporary fencing where required

- Existing gravel pit operations are not included in the lease

- Shall be leased on an ‘as is’ basis with no warranties offered or implied on the condition of the property
