Please be advised that there may be a Canada Post mail disruption in the near future. We want to inform you of this potential disruption and provide some payment options available in the event of a mail stoppage:
1. Online Banking Bill Payments: You can deposit your payments directly into the MD's bank account from your bank account.
2. E-transfer: This option allows you to transfer funds from your bank account to the MD's email address for deposit into the MD's bank account.
3. Manual Payment: You can come into the MD office to make your bill payments in person.
To avoid any issues, please sign up for email notifications with the MD. You can do this by calling the office with your email address or by emailing admin@mdpeace.com with your information and the accounts you wish to apply the email address to.
Please note that Property Tax accounts, Utility - Water & Sewer accounts, and Account Receivable accounts will continue to operate as usual. Residents are still responsible for ensuring that balances are paid by their due dates.
