Council vs. Staff: Christmas Dinner Hamper Challenge!
A local organization is collecting items for Christmas hampers to support local families in need, with this year’s focus on Christmas dinner essentials.
To keep things fun, MD Staff has challenged Council to see who can collect more! Two boxes, one friendly rivalry, and lots of holiday spirit.
Items needed: canned veggies, cranberry sauce, potatoes (boxed or bagged), dessert mixes, and more. Basically, anything you have at Christmas for a family.
If you would like to help either side win, you could bring a donation to the office and can choose which box you want to support.
Donations will be accepted until end of day on December 12.
Winning team gets bragging rights and a homemade baked treat from the other side. Community wins either way.
